This recipe is a mess. Beating eggs for two minutes until fluffy? Does that mean soft peak or what? Then after all that work to get a beautiful foam you continue to beat it ruining the foam?!? And only 20 minutes to steam must be using a clock from Jupiter because it was still soup! Did a water bath in the oven for ten minutes and in addition to the steaming that cooked it but will not make again even if it tasted good but it just tastes like corn bread with a fluffy texture but dense feeling like Swedish pancakes. At least they didn't lie about it being fluffy.
