- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 handful cranberries
- 1 handful cashews
- carob powder (for extra flavor, optional)
- Let the chia seeds soak for 10 to 15 minutes in milk of choice.
- Combine other dry ingredients, mix with chia seeds.
- Cover "cereal" with milk and enjoy.
