Was a hit with dinner! I did add a bit of Worcester sauce and mushrooms to it for tang and a bit more substance and it worked wonderfully.

I had a very large zucchini from my garden and I really didn't know what I was going to do with it. this recipe was exactly what I needed. I didn't have canned tomatoes so I use three fresh tomatoes. I threw some salsa and Parmesan cheese in the mixture before cooking for a bit more flavor. It turned out pretty good. My husband was happy.

good. ive made them twice now. first time i used ground beef and didnt really care for them. this time time i used turkey italian sausage and left out the italian seasoning since the sausage is seasoned. way better.

The boats float to one of my favorite Zucchini dishes. Due to my low sodium diet I did change out the salt for Dash Lemon Pepper. Added extra seasoning. If I could get the boats a little crispier they woukd have been outstanding. Will make again and try other spice alternatives than salt.

Quick and easy dish to make. i used ground pork instead of the other meat options. The blend if flavors was delicious.

Not the most flavorful dish I've ever made, but it had enough flavor to be good. Very juicy, it pooled on the plate. More filling than i exspected but wasn't over full. Used double the amount of cheese that the recipe called for and i believe that helped with the flavor. Very satisfied with this meal and how it turned out. Combined it with Spanish rice and sauteed red potatoes. Not sure how it will stand up as seconds, zuccini was pretty flimsy after cooking so try not to make the boat thinner than a 1/4 of an inch.

These were ok. I’d prefer to cut up the zucchini instead of using a boat form

It just taste like zucchini and beef, plain. I was expecting a richer taste, also, what am I supposed to do with the inside of the zucchini? Bin it? Not making it again.

I used ground chicken and the whole family loved it added some homemade ranch dressing to top it off and perfect

So good! One tip: I used the fire roasted diced tomatoes & chilis can from Trader Joe’s and it gave it a ton of flavor that I think it needed. I used ground turkey and it was very flavorful with the seasoning plus the spicy tomatoes.

delicious! i do think it needs a little bit more flavoring, but i added some hot sauce to it and it tasted great! i may try adding a few other ingredients next time but ill definitely make this again.
