- 1 watermelon
- 250 grams strawberries
- 250 grams raspberries
- 250 grams blueberries
- mint leaf
- strawberry syrup
- Cut the watermelon in 2/3.
- Empty a part of the inside of the watermelon, cut it into small cubes.
- Put in the watermelon, all the red fruits (strawberries cut into 2 or 4), the pieces of watermelon, and 4 tablespoons of strawberry syrup. Add 3 chopped mint leaves. Gently mix the fruit.
- Serve chilled.
