I’ve been making potatoes similar to this for years…….however, I place the potatoes in a baking dish with a half stick of butter, a dash of salt, and season generously with paprika and black pepper to taste. As they bake in the oven, I will occasionally stir to ensure the potatoes are seasoned and buttered all over and continue baking until they are heated through.
