Ingredients

- 1 vanilla pudding mix (lrg pack, not instant)
- 3 cups vanilla soy milk
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- In a large saucepan combine the vanilla pudding mix and vanilla soy milk.
- Cook and stir constantly until the mixture reaches a full boil.
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the cooked rice, raisins, and connamon.
- Spoon into dessert dishes.
- Serve warm or chilled.
