  • 1 vanilla pudding mix (lrg pack, not instant)
  • 3 cups vanilla soy milk
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan combine the vanilla pudding mix and vanilla soy milk.
  2. Cook and stir constantly until the mixture reaches a full boil.
  3. Remove from the heat.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, raisins, and connamon.
  5. Spoon into dessert dishes.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.
