  • 1 shallots (large)
  • 2/3 fronds (lightly filled cup dill, without stems)
  • 1/2 lemon (zested and juiced, about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds (sliced)
