Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2/3 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 pounds fryer chicken (cut up)

Directions

  1. Melt butter in roasting pan.
  2. Coat chicken with mixture of next 4 ingredients.
  3. Place skin side down in pan.
  4. Bake 35 minutes at 425 degrees.
  5. Turn and bake 15 minutes or until done.
