- 10 basil leaves
- 5 sprigs parsley
- 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 lime
- 120 grams goat cheese
- salt
- ground black pepper
Directions
- Using a food processor, mix the basil, parsley, and sour cream until the herbs are finely chopped. Add the lime juice and zest, and then the goat cheese. Mix for a thick texture.
- Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
- To store, cover and refrigerate.

This is a great dip. It's perfect for a party and adaptable. It can be used for vegetables or for bread to dip. I also love putting some on top of a baked potato or a potato chip. You can serve it hot or cold. The only change I made was I added a bit more goat cheese than the recipe called for.
