  • 250 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet yeast
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • white wine (10 cl.)
  • olive oil (10 cl.)
  • 150 grams goat cheese
  • 10 fresh mint leaves (cleaned)
  • 60 grams raisins


  1. Preheat the oven to 420 F
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and pepper. Make a well and pour in the beaten eggs. Mix gently, then gradually add the white wine and olive oil until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
  3. Cut the cheese into cubes and chop the mint leaves. Add them to the dough with the raisins. Mix with a wooden spoon and pour into a baking pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 420 F and then 25 minutes at 320 F.
