    It was a delicious, easy dinner. I will definitely make this again and soon. I might add spinach next time but everyone had seconds of this wonderful dish!

    I love this recipe. Every time I've made it, it's turned out delicious and it's just the perfect comfort food. I used fresh mozzarella this time sliced on top. It takes longer to brown.
