My first time making it and it was great! It could have been better had I chopped the dough in smaller pieces though.

My family loved these little gnocchi dumplings. Boil the potatoes and generously flour the dough, as well as your work surface and hands! I now make a double batch each time, freezing half the shaped gnocchi on a sheetpan before boiling, for a quick meal later in the month.

Turned out good, I will use this recipe again. This was the second time I tried to make gnocchi. The first time didn't turn out well because I boiled the water instead of baking them causing the potato dough to be really sticky.

tasted great, defiantly tedious, if i made this again i would try and make them closer to the same shape as i did this by hand. probably would use a blender next time also

The recipe was pretty simple. Although I boiled my potatoes the day before as preparation. It did save time but was harder to use cold potatoes. Other than that they turned out just fine. I would totally make them again.

this recipe is simple but tedious. i mashed the potatoes by hand, but it didn't smooth them well. i would use a food processor or blender if i make this again.
