  • 1/4 cup rice flour (to be gluten free)
  • 2 cups chicken broth (or more if needed)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise (helmans, to be soy free)
  • salt

  • 12 ounces tuna
  • 1 inch water
  • 3/4 cup bread (torn into crumbs, optional, wheat free bread only from health food stores)
  • paprika (not the hot kind)

Modified based on what I had (not) on hand. A little wine and the pasta water instead of the chicken broth. Added left over of peppers (from veggie tray - red, orange and yellow). Miumm!
