    Lovely Followed recipe and they turned out great

    Crunchy indeed. Better than the last recipe I tried. I blitzed the oats in a blender to make them finer, and used poppy seeds rather than sunflower seeds since that's what I had in the cupboard which has made them pleasantly nutty. Will definitely use this recipe again.
