    i made these cupcakes for a baking event and they are delicious. moist just the right amount of chocolate, and it is really hard to tell they are gluten free.

    These are spectacular cupcakes! I added about 3 tablespoons of instant espresso and used half water half Kahlua for the liquid. I did a minimal brush of Kahlua on top after they got out of the oven. This is certainly the best cupcake recipe I have ever found! Once I get them decorated (my wife's 40th), I'll see about posting a photo. I wasn't planning on making 24 cupcakes, but I'm sooooo glad I did!
