Ingredients
- 600 grams zucchini (grated)
- 400 grams carrots (grated)
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- salt and ground black pepper
- 1/2 clove garlic (minced)
- cream cheese
- bell pepper (diced)
- fish (Tuna)
- onions (diced)
- mozzarella cheese (grated)
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 250 Celsius.
- 2Combine the carrots and zucchini and mix together with the flour and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and the garlic.
- 3Press the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 60 minutes.
