Ingredients

  • 600 grams zucchini (grated)
  • 400 grams carrots (grated)
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/2 clove garlic (minced)
  • cream cheese
  • bell pepper (diced)
  • fish (Tuna)
  • onion (diced)
  • mozzarella cheese (grated)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 Celsius.
  2. Combine the carrots and zucchini and mix together with the flour and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and the garlic.
  3. Press the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 60 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and spread with cream cheese. Top with the pepper, tuna, and onion. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 15 more minutes and serve.

I liked everything on this pizza accept the tuna. I didn't add it on mine because I am a vegetarian. The rest of the ingredients are really good together. I also made up some garlic butter for my family to dip their pizza in. They all said I must make this pizza again.
