  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt (+ additional 1 tsp himalayan salt)

  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 spanish onion (or medium size white, finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 16 ounces mushrooms (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or your favourite cooking oil of choice)
  • 2 spanish onion (or large white, thinly sliced with a mandolin)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut flour (you can also use unbleached all purpose, if you aren't gluten free or gluten free all purpose flour)
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk (or your favourite non dairy milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (to season)
  • 4 cups fryer (depending on what pan or deep, you are using.)
  • 1 pound fresh green beans (rinsed, trimmed and halved)
