- 1/2 tsp. mace (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 ginger powder (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. coriander powder (ground)
- 1 pinch clove
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. rice bran oil (or sunflower oil)
- 4 Tbsp. date syrup
- 4 Tbsp. maple syrup (I used Grade A: amber/rich flavour)
- 1 Tbsp. cointreau
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 200 grams grated carrot (coarsely)
- 40 grams raisin (finely chopped)
- 30 grams chopped walnuts
- 140 grams cream cheese
- 30 grams sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- canela (a little)
- salt (a little, possibly finely powdered salt)
- chervil (or chopped pistachio)
- candied orange peel (or marmalade)
