These blondies were a big hit. I doubled the recipe and baked about 15 minutes more than suggested time. Super easy to make and delicious.

Really good!!! They’re really soft and fall apart when you first take them out of the oven so it’s very important to wait for them to be 100% cool before eating

Very good! I have limited experience with gluten free baked goods. This recipe was easy to follow and came out great.

It was delicious! Ensure you stir the batter thoroughly to ensure chewy bars

There's no way you can get 9 pieces of what you see in the photo by mixing those ingredients. I had to add another egg, more butter and finely ground hazelnut to be able to have more than two servings. Having said that, it tastes so good that I'll have it on my list of favourite desserts. Just adjust the recipe to your needs.

I used Robin Hood All Purpose Gluten Free Flour, and organic coconut cane sugar and they turned out lighter than I anticipated. Most GF stuff I make turns out rather dense, so it was a nice surprise. The only problem I had was creaming the butter and coconut cane sugar together, but I'm not sure if it's a user error or because of the substitution. Whichever it was, it still worked out. I will likely use this recipe again.

Half hour was not long enough in my oven. Put it back in for a little while. tastes good though

It was good, especially with a scoop of vanilla. It should be better if I worked more with gluten free flour. Turned out a tad dark but still great.
