  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, adds some nice heat)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Very good! I had a couple of changes, though. First... flank steak, very thinly sliced...just because it's better. Second, I didn't use all the water. I only had a tablespoon of corn starch available, so I didn't want the extra liquid. It turned out pefectly.
