- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2/3 cup gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 1/2 cups Corn Flakes Cereal (gluten-free, crushed into fine crumbs)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (for breading)
- canola oil cooking spray

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Delicious recipe. I did tweak it a bit by adding garlic powder, sea salt, ground pepper and Italian herbs to the crushed cornflakes for an even flavor. Baked at 375° for 16 min then flipped and baked an additional 18 min. came out nice and crispy.
Made a cracked pepper maple sauce for dipping that contrasted the chicken perfectly too. Definitely making this again, soon!

It was good, but flavorless. I added more salt than I normally do and it was still very bland. Would be great with more seasoning.

it was delicious, everyone loved it....i added garlic powder and dried parsley and salt to the corn flakes. going to be a regular rotation in the dinner menu

These were perfectly crispy and delicious! I seasoned the flour mixture instead of the chicken and ommited much of the salt.

My 11 year old had fun making these. I cut up thick chicken breasts into strips and used whole wheat flour.
