Yum! Needed to cook longer to reach 145 internal temp. Made as directed, didn't change the recipe at all. They were so flavorful. Will make again!

Easy to make tastes delicious . I cooked it for 4 minutes on each side. 2 minutes seems a short. I guess it depends on the size of the salmon.
