I loved the entire combination of the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. They cooked down very nicely with the salmon. I used remaining sauce to cook some fresh spinach. The perfect keto meal might I add.

Yum! Needed to cook longer to reach 145 internal temp. Made as directed, didn't change the recipe at all. They were so flavorful. Will make again!

amazing flavor, great ingredients. Be sure to cover with foil 9nce done on the stove to cook through, if your filets are thick.
