  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In large bowl, blend together all ingredients well. Form into a 7x4 1/2x2-inch loaf; place in cooker. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 8-10 hours, until a meat thermometer inserted reads 160 degrees F. Carefully remove pork loaf from cooker (see following tip); let cool 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
