- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions
- In large bowl, blend together all ingredients well. Form into a 7x4 1/2x2-inch loaf; place in cooker. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 8-10 hours, until a meat thermometer inserted reads 160 degrees F. Carefully remove pork loaf from cooker (see following tip); let cool 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
