Ginseng is used in the Far East for over 4000 years. It's always been considered a plant with miraculous properties, able not only to heal all diseases but also to fortify the spirit, cheer the heart and prolong life. These ginseng muffins had an incredibly unique taste to them that really played well on the palate. I loved the airy and lightness to the muffins. I plan to make this 4 star recipe again soon.
