- 12 ounces solid white albacore tuna in water
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 yellow onion (medium, sliced)
- 1 piece lime
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- salt and ground black pepper (to taste)

The simplicity of it and what you can invent with it! Loved it! I put some Artisan Pasta Garden Herb Egg Tagliatelle (egg noodle flavored with an herb mixture) to boil and once done added pesto sauce on it with warm cooked cherry tomatoes and put the Ginisang Tuna on top! Even added some parmesan grated cheese on it all and it was just a perfect simple but flavorful mixture and dinner!
