- 1 pound snow peas (fresh OR 1 12-oz package frozen snow peas, thawed)
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- Clean snow peas, trimming if necessary. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in snow peas, garlic and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes, until peas are tender. Toss with sherry.
