  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (diced into 1 Tbsp pieces, melted and cooled slightly)

  • 1/2 cup butter (nearly at room temperature, I like to use 1/4 c salted butter 1/4 c unsalted)

    These turned out great and were delicious! I'd go easy on the frosting if you don't have a sweet tooth though.

    These are pretty easy to make, even if you’ve never made gingerbread anything before! The hardest part is making them fully level, but don’t let that scare you! They baked fine and were well set
