  • 1/2 lemon (medium, peeled and cut into thin slices)
  • 2 apples (organic, I used Fuji apples – cut into thin slices)
  • 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice (Get juice from the other half of the lemon)
  • 2 inches ginger (piece of, peeled and cut into slices or 1 drop ginger essential oil)
  • 3 drops liquid stevia (a good brand to try –optional)
  • 8 cups Spring! Water (or purified)
