  • 2 avocados (pitted, peeled, chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/3 cup plum tomato (chopped, 1 tomato)
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1 pumpkin (with flameless candle inside)
  • 1 bag New York Style® Red Hot Chili Pepper Pita Chips
  • 1 bag New York Style® Sea Salt Pita Chips

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together first 6 ingredients to make guacamole. Place carved pumpkin in corner of platter. Spoon guacamole onto platter in front of the pumpkin. Arrange pita chips on both sides of guacamole. Accent with pumpkin seeds and plastic spiders.
