Made this morning for German potluck pool party this afternoon. Turned out good. Not sure about the added sugar though. Making a second batch without sugar. To save time I used two 16 oz bags shredded cabbage which had very little red cabbage and carrot. Then added one 10 oz bag of red cabbage and 8 oz of matchstick cut carrot. Very colorful with different size and texture of carrot and cabbage. Way more than 4 servings.
