OK, I admit it - we now have way to many rabbits in the back yard - my daughter was right - should never have put up the fence and given them free rein - not hard to guess what happened = the reproduce like,,, well - rabbits! Well enough of the prologue and on to the review - this was pretty good actually. We were having company so used two rabbits and one chicken - hard to tell which was which in the finished product - with the home made stock I use it turned out a bit saltier than ideal for our tastes after following the recipe. Much better than the fried version I tried the last time we had rabbit - may use this one again, but not before giving some others a shot (no pun intended). Unfortunately, considering my relish for cleaning them. the nearby rabbit population will be giving us cause to try rabbit at least several more times.
