So these taste amazing but for some reason collapsed when opening the oven like a soufflé. Not sure what happened as I followed directions. Also says for 36 mini cup cakes but it made that and a 9 inch cake. Anyway worth the try they are good! Especially the frosting! Also crumbled some of the cupcakes onto vanilla ice cream and used some of the frosting ( that i warmed briefly in microwave as i stored in fridge that was left over) put on ice cream WOW! Good luck!
