Really simple and tasty recipe. I stir fried some broccoli first, seasoned it, and added it to the chickpeas at the end. I didn’t have any green onions so I used a yellow onion. And I doubled the recipe to get about 4 servings.

Even the picky eater enjoyed this. Served over rice and added chili paste for a bit of heat. Chickpeas were tender and flavourful.
This recipe is delicious the whole family loves it. We make all the time and no one gets tired of it.❤️
