I cut the tofu up smaller, so it needed a little more cornstarch. The sauce is super easy and was yummy.

Chose to bake rather than fry the tofu. Had it over rice with sesame seeds on top. Delicious!

Used Sriracha instead of ketchup, and it was just enough heat. Very easy to make. My husband (not a huge tofu fan) loved it. I will not fry the tofu quite so long next time (my bad), as it was pretty crunchy. Lightly browned, not medium brown.

Great! A tiny bit too little sauce though. But still fantastic

The flavor of this dish was delicious, but it gets a little monotonous eating just the fried tofu. To spice it up I added some stir-fried veggies and that lightened up the dish a bit. I would make this again, however I would drizzle the sauce on top of the tofu because by adding the tofu to the sauce it made them a little bit too soggy for my liking.
