Ingredients

3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 shallots
sage
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
dukkah
water

Directions

1Clean the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
2Mince the shallots.
3In a pan, heat one tablespoon of oil on medium heat.
4Cook the tomatoes and shallots for a few minutes while mixing with a wooden spoon.
5Season with salt, pepper and sage.
6Cover with water.
7Continue cooking, stirring occasionally.
8Add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and mix again.
9Serve it hot or cold.
10When serving, sprinkle with a little bit of Dukkah chile.
