Description

Tender pink shrimp are contrasted with fresh green parsley in this simple recipe. Garlic adds a bit of boldness to this dish, allowing the shrimp to marinate to an hour in the parsley and garlic ensures it is super flavorful. Enjoy it with a toasted bread of crusty baguette so you can soak up all the delicious sauce. This shrimp is also great over a green salad or with pasta for a simple and flavorful dinner.

Ingredients

3/4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
1 garlic cloves (fresh, coarsely chopped)
400 grams large shrimp (cooked, peeled, and deveined)
3 tablespoons olive oil
fleur de sel (French sea salt)
ground black pepper

Directions

1Finely chop the parsley and coarsely chop the garlic (fresh garlic has no sprout. If you do not have any fresh garlic, use cured garlic and carefully remove the sprout before chopping).
2In a bowl, mix all ingredients and keep refrigerated for at least one hour before serving.
3Serve with slices of toasted and lightly oiled baguette.
