  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves (finely chopped)

    Directions

    1. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, add potatoes and cover with water.
    2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
    3. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
    4. In same saucepan, melt Becel Buttery Taste margarine over medium heat and cook garlic, stirring for 1 minute or until fragrant.
