Tried before the garlic butter was added tasted better with just the salt pepper and oil but it’s delicious both ways

This was delicious! We like our steak rare to medium rare so just seared each side for a short time and removed from heat then re-added to the garlic butter. Very tender and flavorful! Will make again! Super easy fast meal!

I’m not a huge steak fan, but I really enjoyed this meal! I used the leftovers for breakfast tacos the next morning.

A little tricky getting the temps high enough to sear, without burning. Keep turning constantly, moving the meat around the pan. Definitely want to make this again, now that I've got the learning curve down a bit. Take the meat out of the pan just a little bit early to keep from over cooking!

Not much garlic flavor, but I’ll add more next time also sautéed peppers and onions to go with it and served with roasted red potatoes and a salad

It was really good, I messed up a lil by not adjusting the garlic amount to the smaller steak I used and ended up making it too garlicky but that was my own mistake. Lesson learned, always adjust to your needs. Anyway I can't cook worth a darn and this still came out pretty good so I recommend it
