I see there are others who tried this and thought it needed something more, or missing something. I would suggest anchovies or anchovy paste...brings salt to this favorite childhood recipe. I don't add breadcrumbs; however I do add ghee or regular butter. Yummy!!!

It was not bad. I added kielbasa, but it still felt like it was missing a little spice. It was a nice last minute meal though.

It wasnt bad but to me it needed something more flavorful. Ill definitely try it again and see what i can add to make it amazing. Also, i used extra virgin olive oil maybe i needed olive oil like the recipe stated.

I grew up on this dish....it still one of my favorite go to dishes and it is done in the time it takes to boil and cook the spaghetti.

Wow this is so delicious. I added a bit more oil than it said, and a bit more cheese, combined with some Frank's hot sauce. 12/10 best spaghetti ever.

Always delicious! I’ve made this 3 times now! Also great for vegan friends if you remove the Parmesan, still tastes amazing!

Always a favorite at my house. I add black olives and,red pepper to the mix and a little side of sour cream is great.

Pretty good change from normal Spaghetti night! The breadcrumbs add a nice touch and loving the hint of lemon.

This dish turned out awesome! I used mini penne instead of spaghetti noodles. Tip,, if your breadcrumb mixture is to thick you can always and more olive oil a little at a time to thin it out. next time I'll add some crispy pancetta.:)

It was delicious!!! I used left over spaghetti noodles and added a little water and it was a hit with everyone. Definitely making it again!

Smells amazing and tastes even better! The garlic and herbs get so aromatic, and the breadcrumbs add a surprisingly nice texture. I never thought they would taste good with pasta. I can even do this in one pot if I'm patient.

It felt like something was missing- but maybe that was because I failed to adjust the recipe to the amount of pasta I was making (I made enough pasta for two people). It seemed a bit dry- like it was missing it's sauce. I may use this breading in the future for other recipes though!
