Love this dish, and it was so easy to make.

Delicious, has so many types of food science that makes it taste so good.
I didn’t have the tomatoes and I used fresh lemon juice instead. Delicious!

I didn’t have the wine and I added some zucchini with it. Still tasted good. Next time I’ll make that trip to get wine too see that outcome

It was really good. Nice garlic flavour and not too rich. Could maybe use fresh basil and some asparagus or something green.
