good flavor. used chicken tenders instead and cooked in oven at 425 for 20 mins. a new favorite!

We marinaded overnight with a morning flip over and all day for an evening bake, not grill. Chicken was tender and juicy with hints of the garlic and peach preserves all the way through. Also, we made 6 breasts, using a full bottle (1lb, 2oz.) of the peach preserves and slightly more garlic, but essentially followed the recipe ingredients. Very much a crowd pleaser.

I let it marinate overnight :) it was a hit in my house.. I didn't grill it I put in my nuwave 26 mins .. 13 on each side

I ended up searing in on high heat for 3 min on each side and then put it in the oven for 30 min. It's was very good. Put broccoli on the side and drank with red wine 👍🏻

Only made half of the full 4 servings just to see what it tasted like and I wasn't disappointed. Though I cooked mine in a pan instead of on a grill and only let it marinate for about 45 minutes. I think on a grill would make it a 5, it seemed to be missing something when done in a pan.

it was raining so we baked the chicken instead. 400º for 25 min i used a jalapeño apricot jam because i had it. reduced the amount of garlic to 4 tsp and substituted sunflower oil because its better to cook with its was delicious but im sure grilling it would have made it 5*
