I added some oregano to it at the end, and it tasted great! I would, and plan to make it again! I shared it with my family and they really enjoyed it too! We had it with some vegan meatloaf and green beans. It was very enjoyable. I actually used an extra potato, but the ones I was using were on the small side. All in all, i think it's a good recipe; easy and tasty!
