Sooo delicious!!! I added lots more garlic (because 2 cloves are never enough!), and next time I think I will substitute half of the olive oil for butter so it’s a bit thicker in consistency. Overall amazing and so tasty!!

Really yummy!! I used half the olive oil and added 2 Tbsps of butter. I wanted the juice to be a bit thicker so right before servng I stirred in 1 1/2 Tbsps of sour cream. I´ll repeat for sure.
