Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo shrimp (uncooked, thawed if frozen, peeled, tail left intact and deveined)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

Directions

  1. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 2 mins, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook for 2-3 mins, stirring constantly, until the shrimp are just cooked through. Serve hot.
