Wow wow wow. I did make one change though. I used smoked Gouda cheese in place of the Parmesan. Definitely a keeper recipe

Fabulous potatoes! Instead of cutting up butter I melted it and brushed it on the potatoes about 10 min before they were done.

I followed the directions exactly except we didnt have any Parmesan. They were delicious. They reminded me of the delicious roasted potatoes I’ve had at restaurants but never knew how to make. I used all fresh herbs. Very delicious!

They were crispy and delicious. Everyone in my family loved them. I did not follow the recipe exactly. I only used the ingredients I had on hand so I did not use the thyme oregano or basil. I did use parsley but it was not fresh. The parmesan cheese added a great touch. Will definitely make this side again!

This recipe was absolutely delicious! My family loved it. I was looking for something that reminded me of parmesan cheese fries that I had at a restaurant in LA and this was actually BETTER! Super easy and did not take as long as 45 minutes for me. Adding this to "go-to" sides!

This recipe was great! I made it for my mom and little brother, using just normal white potatoes (we didn't have red potatoes), and it was delicious! I will definitely be making this is in the future!
