Made as written, turned out great. Love this combo of veggies

I forgot to buy rosemary and thyme, and didn't have any dried, either for some reason. I seasoned with kosher salt, coarse black pepper, and onion salt. This was great. Perfect time estimates for roasting. Thanks for a great recipe!

Loved this recipe I would add green beans a little sooner and make sure you add enough salt

Really good, I do potatoes and carrots together often, hadn’t thought to add green beans before. Will make again.

Had a ton of carrots and potatoes on hand so I didn’t add any green beans. I used fresh herbs from the garden and the dish came out really well!

Not so good. The green beans were over cooked. Carrots and potatoes were OK. I had to use dry thyme and rosemary. I’ll try again with fresh herbs and won’t put the green beans in for so long.

Really good flavors as roasting is the easiest way to cook. Used parsley instead of rosemary which was a good change.

These were fantastic. Solid flavor, would pair well with animal proteins I think… though I ate this dish by itself.

This is Ahh-amazing! I thought I had rosemary when I went shopping, so I didn't pick any up. when I got home and started to make it, realized I didn't, so I had to compromise.... I ended up using a McCormack roasted garlic seasoning that I had on hand... OMG! this is soooo good. I also made it in an electric skillet that I got for Christmas (too hot outside, and I keep trying to find stuff to use it for). :) I have now made this for lunch for three weeks in a row (it is THAT good). This week I decided to add other veggies that I like, so I made it with the potatoes, carrots and green beans (I use frozen) then added squash, zucchini and mushrooms. I can not emphasize enough, THIS IS AMAZING!. I am not a cook, by any stretch of the imagination, but this easy and filling and so tasty.

Extremely delicious! I always roast vegetables but that was the first time I add green beans. I will definitely do it again! I also added fresh mushrooms and lots and lots of spices. Perfect!

This was amazing! My whole family loved these. I threw some onions on the pan as well and used fresh rosemary and thyme and it was perfect.

Made this several different times and the last time there were unexpected additional family that showed up so I did another pan and added sweet potatoes instead of carrots(I ran out). It’s a huge hit!

Extremely good; could have increased the cook time even more but loved it anyway
Perfect as is. Used dried rosemary as it was available.
