This turned out really well. The vegetables were evenly cooked and had a crisp to them. They were not mushy. I would probably add the garlic in at the beginning next time. Also, I used my own seasonings, not the herbs called for in the recipe.

seriosuly cant go wrong. i didnt really measure the seasonings. used a bag to coat the veggies. probably roasted a little longer than ditected.
