Turned out beautifully. Swapped out the mint with fresh thyme and rosemary. Added extra garlic. Served it with a side of pasta and fresh asparagus. Garnished with finely minced herbs and fresh cracked black pepper. We will be having again!

I let it marinate for 1 hour in a homemade marinade. Turned out amazing. I'd recommend cooking it longer than 4 minutes on each side as stated in the directions. It was too rare, I cooked it for a few minutes more.

I used a cast iron skillet and they came out perfectly. I would add mushrooms to the pan next time about half way through and let them cook down

I used herbs from my garden but not to the exact measurements and substituted the olive oil to grape seed and the chops came out delicious. For the side, I cooked Kasha mixed with various seeds and cranberries. They complemented each other. I also had a spinach and arugula salad drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette. Superbe meal!

This is the first time me and my boyfriend has ever had lamb chops and everything came out PERFECTLY! He especially loved it! I added rice with gravy and sautéed spinach and broccoli broccoli as my sides. Definitely will try this again with your olive oil pasta recipe. I didn’t take anything away, only thing is I used seasoning salt along with black pepper and salt for the lamb chops and it helped (along with herbs) to give its flavor! I HIGHLY recommend everyone to try this!
