  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli (small head of, or you can use 1 cup frozen)
  • 1/2 cup low sodium organic chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 piece garlic clove (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan (Fresh, not kraft cheese)
  • 4 cups whole wheat penne
  • lemon pepper seasoning (Mrs Dash, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup peas (canned or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup carrots (fresh tastes best)

This was a quick, filling, delicious meal! I was very skeptical at first, but it had an amazing flavor! This will definitely be on our dinner menu forever!
