  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup garlic
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 whole chickens (big or small, works on any chicken legs, breast small, big thighs what ever kind of chicken you have will work)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning

    Directions

    1. combined butter, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and italian seasoning in a large microwave safe bowl . but mixture in microwave for 5 minutes. when done stir mixture together and sit aside.
    2. cook your chicken until almost done on 375-400. when your chicken is almost done then take it out of oven. put oven on broil. and put one big spoon full of the mixture on the top of the chicken let broil until a good crispy brown.
    3. after you broil the chicken then take out of oven and flip your chicken coat with the mixture again and broil again do this step one more time and then your done.
    4. it is ok if it looks burnt not to burnt but your garlic thats in the mixture will turn black and thats ok. TIP: inject the chicken with the garlic mixture for moist and juicy chicken you can also cut up some potatoes any way you like and put in the pan with chicken and cover the potatoes with the garlic mixture too.
